Anomaly Create I, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, operates the Full Circle Boys website and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This notice covers website visits, Full Circle Boys email signups and inquiries to our team. It does not replace the privacy notices of the ticketing, merchandise, streaming or social platforms you visit through our links.

Information we receive

• Fan signups: your email address, any name or preferences you choose to provide, and records of your signup, confirmation, consent and unsubscribe choices.
• Inquiries: your name, email address, message and any optional telephone number or other details you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, health information or other sensitive personal information.
• Website and security information: hosting and service providers may process your IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, referring website, request times and technical or security logs to deliver and protect the services.
• Email records: our email provider processes subscription and delivery information. Email opening and link-click information may also be processed when those measurement features are enabled, subject to any consent required by law.

Providing signup or inquiry information is voluntary. Without the required email or contact details, we cannot provide the requested updates or respond to you.

Why we use information

We use this information to send the Full Circle Boys updates you request, answer and manage inquiries, record your preferences, maintain and secure our services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. A business inquiry does not sign you up for marketing. Joining the Full Circle Boys list does not also join Anomaly Create’s separate newsletter.

Where UK or European data-protection law applies, we rely on consent for optional marketing and any tracking that requires it; our legitimate interests in responding to ordinary inquiries, keeping records and securing the site; steps you request before entering a contract, where relevant; and compliance with applicable legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Services that receive information

• Klaviyo provides the hosted email signup and email-list service. Signups use email confirmation before subscription is completed.
• HubSpot provides our hosted contact form and business-contact records. Inquiries are available to our authorized team and may generate an internal email notification. The hosted form uses anti-spam checks, including Google reCAPTCHA.
• Vercel hosts this website. Cloudflare manages our domain infrastructure. These providers may process technical information for service delivery and security. Access to protected staging previews also involves Vercel’s authentication service.
• Google serves fonts and some YouTube thumbnail images used on the site. Your browser contacts these services to display those resources. The homepage video is served directly with the website rather than embedded from YouTube.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when necessary to comply with law, address a valid legal request, protect rights or investigate misuse. If the website or relevant business is transferred, information may be transferred with it, subject to applicable notice and privacy obligations.

Cookies, tracking and outside links

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or optional site-analytics scripts. Hosting, preview authentication and hosted form services may use cookies or similar technologies for their own functionality and security. When you open a signup form, ticket link, shop, social profile or streaming service, that service’s privacy notice and any applicable consent choices govern its additional processing.

Browser settings can restrict cookies, although some services may stop working. If we introduce optional site tracking that requires consent, we will provide the required choice before it runs and update this notice. Ordinary browsing is not consent to marketing.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described here. This depends on whether your inquiry or business relationship is active, your subscription preferences, applicable recordkeeping duties and the time needed to resolve disputes. After an unsubscribe request, we may retain a limited suppression record so that we do not re-add you, and consent records where needed to demonstrate compliance. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to necessary backup and legal-retention periods.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no website, email system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and younger fans

Our email signup and inquiry services are intended for people age 13 and older. If you are under 13, do not submit personal information through these services. Younger fans should ask a parent or guardian to contact us using the adult’s own details. Where local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission for a minor’s participation, that permission is also required.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted information should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
